My Story:

I grew up in Tacoma, WA, the last of Phil & Marian Nordlund's three children.  I went to CWU and earned a teaching degree, and got a job teaching music for Puyallup School District. I also earned my Master's Degree while teaching, which honed my skills in communication, writing and presentations.  After marrying Randy Jones, we together raised my step daughter, Sarah.

I started exploring Feng Shui in 2000, when I saw a public television program on its powers.  When I had completed my initial training, I decided to transform the family gua of my home. My sister and I had been having difficulties getting along, although we had been closer than best friends our whole lives.  Hours after I had finished the redecorating, she telephoned me.  It was apparent from that moment on that the energy had been shifted, and all was again well with our relationship.  Coincidentally, it helped solve a strained relationship with another family member, too!

After leaving teaching, I went back to school and earned my degree in Interior Design. I have served clients as the founder of my own company that combines feng shui with interior design, Transformations for Interiors for over a decade.
